About Dr. Bonnie Sophia-Maria Rose, ND, CTN
Dr. Bonnie Sophia-Maria Rose is a Nationally Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor, educator, author, researcher, and clinical practitioner with more than three decades of experience in natural health, restorative medicine, botanical medicine, toxicology, and metabolic health.
Her work focuses on what she refers to as the Forensics of Biochemistry — the investigation of how mineral imbalances, toxic metals, environmental exposures, nutritional deficiencies, stress physiology, and metabolic dysfunction influence human health and the body’s ability to heal.
Throughout her career, Dr. Rose has worked extensively with complex chronic health conditions, environmental toxicity, heavy metal burden, metabolic dysfunction, chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances, digestive disorders, autoimmune-pattern illnesses, neurological challenges, and restorative health programs.
Her clinical philosophy is built upon a simple principle:
Adaptation is the Language of Calibration.
The body is a self-regulating, self-replicating, and self-reorganizing organism. Every symptom, adaptation, compensation pattern, and physiological response tells a story. Dr. Rose’s work is dedicated to helping patients understand that story and restore alignment with the body’s original design.
Education and Advanced Training
Dr. Rose’s educational foundation includes formal academic training in Natural Health culminating in Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral studies, followed by extensive post-graduate specialization and advanced clinical education.
In addition to her doctoral training, she pursued extensive advanced studies in botanical medicine and traditional healing systems, including:
• Seven years of formal education in Herbal Medicine through the Master Herbalist level
• Two years of advanced study in Botanical Chemistry and Clinical Aromatherapy
• One year of specialized training in Bach Flower Remedies, emotional healing, and inner-child restoration work
These studies became the foundation for the development of her herbal apothecary, medicinal herb gardens, educational programs, and decades of clinical application in botanical medicine.
Dr. Rose also completed advanced certification through SureCell University of Age Management Medicine and Personal Genetic Health under the direction of Dr. Vincent Giampapa.
She was certified as a:
SureCell Personal Genetic Health Instructor and Genetic Health Counselor
This advanced training focused on personalized health assessment, genetic influences on wellness, age-management medicine, and preventive health strategies. While her clinical focus later evolved toward metabolic health, toxicology, mineral balancing, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), this training contributed to her broader understanding of individualized health assessment and preventive medicine.
Dr. Rose is also extensively trained in:
• Toxicology
• Metabolic Health
• Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
• Mineral Balancing
• Advanced Detoxification
• Restorative Nutritional Medicine
• Orthomolecular Medicine
• Homeopathy
• Botanical Medicine
Rather than viewing herbs as simple supplements, Dr. Rose approaches botanical medicine as a comprehensive therapeutic system integrating plant chemistry, nutrition, detoxification, restorative physiology, and traditional healing principles.
Teacher, Author, and Educator
The word doctor originates from the Latin docere, meaning “to teach.”
Teaching has always been at the heart of Dr. Rose’s work.
She is the author and creator of the Healing God’s Creations with God’s Creations™ educational series, a body of work dedicated to helping patients, students, practitioners, and families better understand the language of the human body and the principles of natural health restoration.
Her educational work integrates:
• Metabolic Health
• Toxicology
• Nutritional Medicine
• Detoxification
• Botanical Medicine
• Restorative Health
• Lifestyle Medicine
• Health Preservation
• Disease Prevention
• Health Restoration
Her mission is simple:
To help people understand what their bodies are communicating, identify underlying obstacles to healing, and restore the resources necessary for long-term health and vitality.
Clinical Focus
Dr. Rose evaluates the body as an interconnected system rather than a collection of isolated symptoms.
Her approach centers on three fundamental questions:
• What is missing?
• What does not belong?
• What is preventing proper adaptation and repair?
By identifying deficiencies, toxic burdens, metabolic patterns, and physiological stress responses, she helps patients better understand the factors influencing their health and recovery.
For more than thirty years, her work has remained focused on one goal:
Helping people restore health by understanding the body’s design, respecting its intelligence, and supporting its natural ability to heal.
Health Preservation • Disease Prevention • Health Restoration
