Hello & Welcome,

I specialize in complex, advanced cases. My work integrates non-invasive, state-of-the-art laboratory testing—Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)—with nutritional and metabolic medicine to restore regulation, realignment, and true physiological health.

Regulation & Realignment:

Chronobiology is the science of the body’s internal timing systems—regulating sleep, hormones, digestion, detoxification, metabolism, and cellular repair.

Chrononutrition is the therapeutic application of this science, using the timing of food, nutrients, hydration, and supplementation to align with these biological rhythms and restore regulatory balance.

Detoxification:

This stabilization is not optional—it is foundational.

The body’s “machinery” must be aligned and functioning fluently before effective detoxification can occur; otherwise, heavy metals and other toxins can become redistributed, trapped, or lodged in vulnerable tissues such as the brain, heart, and bone.

Every aspect of this work is intentional and sequenced. Each protocol I design is not off-the-shelf, but a newly constructed matrix based on your individual Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) laboratory blueprint.

The work requires integrating your hair mineral analysis with ongoing environmental exposures, including consistent toxic burden identified within the body—such as metals from implants, breast implant leakage, dental toxicity, contaminated water supply, occupational exposure, agricultural overspray, or internally elevated toxic elements and mineral imbalances revealed in laboratory results.

In cases where toxins cannot be readily contained or removed—such as military burn-pit exposure, chemical plant emissions, or chronic environmental off-gassing—this must be accounted for and managed within the therapeutic strategy.

It requires continuous navigation between incoming toxic load and elimination pathways, using precise mineral sequencing and therapeutic dosing to support safe, dynamic movement through the body. This is where advanced disciplines intersect—toxicology, detoxification science, nutritional and orthomolecular medicine, botanical medicine, and systems-based physiology.

This is why continuity matters. Once committed to the process, interruption, gaps, or inconsistency will disrupt the entire regulatory framework.

What I am building within the body—detoxification capacity, metabolic realignment, nervous system regulation, stress adaptation, digestive function, and tissue integrity—is both architecture and engineering. Each phase depends on the stability of the one before it.

As regulation strengthens, many disease processes begin to self-correct. Symptoms such as pain, fatigue, and dysfunction are not isolated problems, but signals—expressions of deficiency, toxicity, or dysregulation. By restoring what is missing and safely removing what does not belong, the body is able to return to its intended function.

We do not “detox first”; we establish rhythm, circulation, and regulatory strength so the body can process and release safely. The structured program's 15-day and 30-day check-ins are essential—they are my method of monitoring your system in real time, ensuring toxins are not accumulating faster than they can be eliminated, and adjusting the program accordingly.

This is a proven strategy of over 20 years with Trace Elements Lab, International, under Dr. David Watts, PhD; it is precise clinical management of a complex, long-standing toxic burden—where timing, sequencing, and consistency determine outcome.
