Welcome
You are likely here because something in your health has not resolved the way it should—and you are ready to find out why.
Whether you arrived after years of unanswered questions, a sudden health crisis, or simply the quiet sense that something is being missed, you are in the right place.
The human body is a self-regulating, self-replicating, and self-reorganizing organism. It is constantly adapting to the conditions it encounters. Every symptom, every imbalance, and every compensation pattern is part of a language.
Adaptation is the Language of Calibration.
When health begins to fail, the body does not suddenly stop working. It adapts. It compensates. It reorganizes resources in an effort to survive. These adaptations often become the new normal, making it difficult to recognize how much function has been lost along the way.
My work is to identify those adaptations, understand what created them, and help restore alignment with the body's original design.
Restoration is typically a combination of Detoxification and Nutritional Medicine, while simultaneously identifying, reducing, and ultimately eliminating ongoing toxic exposures whenever possible.
A simple example would be an individual attempting to repair liver function while continuing daily alcohol consumption. The body may make temporary gains, but full restoration becomes increasingly difficult when the source of injury remains active.
The goal is not simply to support healing but to remove the obstacles that prevent it.
Why This Work
I came to this work through both professional training and lived experience.
Years ago, I faced a serious health challenge that led physicians to prepare me for hospice—and I am still here.
That journey provided a personal understanding of the healing process: the fear, the uncertainty, the medications, the frustration of unanswered questions, and the extraordinary capacity of the body to restore itself when given the resources it needs.
I do not bring theory alone to this work.
I bring more than thirty years of clinical practice, a lifetime of botanical and nutritional study, and the perspective that comes from having walked the path myself.
What I Do
I specialize in complex cases—the ones that have not responded the way patients hoped they would.
These are often layered conditions where symptoms have persisted despite multiple attempts to find answers, and where patients are left feeling frustrated, discouraged, or uncertain about what to do next.
Early in my training, I was taught that even the smallest symptom is a language worth learning to read rather than silence.
That principle has guided more than thirty years of clinical practice and every patient I have had the privilege of serving—from infants to the elderly, from families navigating new diagnoses to military personnel, first responders, and individuals facing significant health challenges.
Symptoms are often not the beginning of the story.
They are the point at which the whispers become impossible to ignore.
How I Work
The foundation of my clinical process is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), a non-invasive laboratory assessment used to evaluate mineral patterns, metabolic trends, and toxic element exposure.
This testing provides information about long-term mineral relationships, stress adaptation patterns, and toxic burdens that may not always be apparent through conventional laboratory testing alone.
For more than twenty years, HTMA has been one of the primary assessment tools used in my practice through Trace Elements Laboratory.
The goal is to identify where the body has adapted, what resources may have been depleted, what burdens may be interfering with function, and which systems deserve closer attention.
From that assessment, an individualized restoration program is developed.
A systematic process of identifying obstacles, restoring missing resources, and supporting the body's natural ability to recalibrate.
What Is Possible
My goal is not simply to help people manage symptoms.
My goal is to help people better understand what their bodies are communicating, identify the factors influencing their health, and create a pathway toward restoration.
Health is not merely the absence of symptoms.
Health is the body's ability to maintain proper calibration with the blueprint it was designed to follow.
