Her teaching style blends scientific inquiry, historical perspective, clinical observation, and compassionate guidance, empowering readers to become active participants in their own health journey.

Metabolic health serves as the foundation of her work. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Rose has devoted much of her career to education. She has taught medicinal herb gardening, developed educational programs, operated an herbal apothecary and wellness education center, and provided mentorship and training to fellow health professionals seeking a deeper understanding of natural health, toxicology, detoxification, mineral balancing, and metabolic health.

Her commitment to practitioner education led to opportunities to consult with healthcare professionals and contribute to professional development within the natural health field. In 2015, she was invited by a national naturopathic professional association to develop and teach continuing education content for fellow practitioners, reflecting her longstanding role as an educator, mentor, and professional consultant.

After overcoming life-threatening personal health challenges of her own, Dr. Rose developed an even deeper appreciation for the resilience of the human body, the importance of faith, and the transformative power of knowledge. Her personal recovery journey strengthened her conviction that education, stewardship, perseverance, and natural health principles can play a profound role in restoring wellness and renewing hope.

Unlike authors who teach exclusively from research or theory, Dr. Rose brings together three perspectives: academic study, decades of clinical experience, and firsthand experience navigating serious illness and recovery. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to understanding not only what is possible in health restoration, but what is practical, compassionate, and sustainable for real people facing real challenges.

Today, Dr. Rose continues to write, teach, speak, and develop educational resources focused on metabolic health, toxicology, detoxification, nutritional medicine, apothecary traditions, and life transformation. Through her books, courses, lectures, and educational programs, she remains dedicated to her mission of helping others better understand the remarkable design, resilience, and restorative capacity of the human body.
