Health Preservation, Disease Prevention & Health Restoration
Dr. Bonnie Sophia-Maria Rose, ND, MS, CTN, has devoted more than three decades to the study and practice of natural, nutritional, botanical, and restorative health. She holds undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees in Natural Health and is nationally board-certified by the American Naturopathic Certification Board as a Certified Traditional Naturopath (CTN).
Her additional studies include herbal medicine, botanical chemistry, aromatherapy, traditional apothecary practice, and Bach flower remedies.
In 2006, she trained directly under Dr. Giampapa as a Genetic Health Counselor.
Dr. Giampapa was nominated in 2014 for a Nobel Prize for his groundbreaking research into cellular restoration technology.
Since 2005 she has worked exclusively with Trace Elements International under Dr. David L. Watts, PhD in Orthomolecular Medicine, the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis.
Her work includes; The Forensics of Biochemistry. Toxicology, Nutritional, Herbal, Homeopathic Medicines.
Her work began in the garden and apothecary, studying plants not merely as ingredients but as living medicines—how they are grown, prepared, combined, preserved, and used within traditional systems of healing. Over time, her clinical work expanded into nutritional medicine, metabolic health, environmental toxicology, mineral balance, detoxification, and the investigation of complex health patterns that do not always fit neatly into a single category.
A central feature of Dr. Rose’s work is what she calls the forensics of biochemistry and metabolic health: looking for relationships among symptoms, nutritional status, environmental exposures, laboratory findings, lifestyle, medications, stress, and the body’s changing terrain rather than viewing each complaint in isolation.
Her teaching is rooted in the belief that people deserve to understand their own bodies. Natural medicine should not be mysterious or inaccessible. It should help individuals ask better questions, recognize patterns, understand the tools available to them, and participate intelligently in decisions concerning their health.
Her Christian faith is woven throughout her work. She sees the natural world as part of God’s creation and approaches healing with reverence for both the extraordinary complexity of human physiology and the medicinal resources found throughout nature.
Dr. Rose is the author of a growing library of books, workbooks, and professional reference texts, including the Dr. Rose’s Blue Books Series for Natural Health & Healing. Her work explores life transformation, pain and inflammation, toxicology, metabolic health, nutritional medicine, botanical medicine, the apothecary, hair tissue mineral analysis, environmental health, and the relationship among physical, emotional, and spiritual restoration.
This thirty-day workbook grew from one of the simplest truths she has observed throughout her career: lasting change rarely begins by attempting to change everything at once. It begins when a person becomes willing to pay attention, take themselves seriously, and make the next decision with greater intention than the one before it.
